A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience on products designs and package design . Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products . It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q3. What kind of files do you accept ?
A: AI, PDF, high resolution JPG ,Words.
Q4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can order sample for test. You can pay for the sample charges by T/T payment or Paypal, sample charges including the sample cost and Freight. Moreover, sample charges will be returned from your future mass order.
Q5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us payment receipt , the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q6. What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.
Q7. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
