A1:Yes. You place an order, the sample fee will be returned to you.

Q2: What is the MOQ of your products?

A2: The MOQ of our products is 1500 pcs for one model one size.

Q3: I'd like to mix several models in one container.  May I?

A3: Certainly. You can select two or three models in one container (1X40HQ).

Q4: We'd like to print our logo on the appliance.  Can you make it?

A4: We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design.  You can also use our logo "AILIAN".

Q5: Shall we pay extra cost for OEM service?

A5: The OEM service is totally free of charge.

Q6: How about the Delivery time?

A6: 25-35 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs and contract terms.

Q7: Can I get Discount from buying your goods?

A7: As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity.  We will automatically discount to our regular customer.

Q8: I'd like to know your Payment way.

A8: Basically, the payment way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, you can also use PayPal or Western Union.
