1. Q: How to choose the freezing point of gel temperature?

 A.If used for food storage, generally the freezing point of -5℃ is ok;

 B.If used for cold compress to reduce joint pain, the -20 ℃ to - 40℃ ice pack type would be better.
 C.Other temperature could be customized as clients' requirements.

2. Q: is it free sample for test?

YES, we can provide some free standard samples or stock of finished goods. Other customized samples also can be free for test, but clients need to pay the new module cost first and then it can be refund in next bulk order.
