Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a factory, and welcoming all OEM cooperation.
About sample:
Q2: Can you customize the ANY ETCHING PRODUCTS, including filter, mesh and so on?
A2: Yes, we can customize the products as your requirements.
Q3: Are the samples having an extra fee or for free? And how about the delivery fee?
A3: The sample motor is free of charge, but it needs freight collected.
Q4: How many days to prepare a sample?
A4: After confirming all the parameters, we will send you within 5 days.
About mass production:
Q5: How many days to finish the mass production?
A5: Generally, we will finish the goods for a 20 feet container in 30 - 35 days after the deposit received.
Normally, for 10,000- 20,000 pcs, we only need 15 days.
Q6: What documents you can offer to customs clearance?
A6: Commercial invoice, packing list, and B/L are inclusive for FOB pricing. If you want the CO, FTA and other documents, please tell us in advance.
About payment:
FOB, EXW, and C&F are the trading terms we usually use.
RMB and USD are both acceptable.
Q7: What payment terms you are used to doing?
A7: TT, D/P, L/C, and cash are acceptable.
Normally, a 30% deposit is requested.
PAY ATTENTION TO:
The value of our goods is not so high, usually, the full payment before shipment will be required.
