Q2: What are your payment terms?

A3: In generally, we quote EXW price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days before loading.

Q3: What’s your production Lead-time for bulk order?

A4: Regular lead-time, 30-35days after deposit received and artwork confirmed.   

Q4: What’s the lead-time and cost for sample?

A5: We are glad to provide 1-3 free samples for our original products, shipping charge on buyer’s cost. It will be already in 5-7days. Proofing sample will charge according to the design, the cost will be refunded after ordering. It takes 10-20days.

Q5: What is your Minimum Order Quantity( MOQ)?

A6: Normal order MOQ is 500pcs, Customized order is 2000-5000pcs.
