After the supplier sends the materials to the warehouse, the balance of the incoming materials will be detected by the balancing
machine, and the appearance of the naked eye will be checked, and the materials that do not meet the requirements will be sorted
out and processed centrally，After passing the balancing machine test, the material that cannot pass the balancing machine test
will be returned and rejected to ensure that when making a high speed fan, the material balance will not cause the fan to shake
and instability. Then our initial inspection of the foreign material is complete

For each batch of products produced, 10% of the currently manufactured products are randomly selected for high temperature aging
and start-stop experiments. In order to ensure the stability of this batch of products, the sampled aging products will berepeatedly started and stopped at a temperature of 80 degrees in a high-temperature box, and the test will be run 3600 times witha cycle of 10 seconds. Every 15 minutes, we will check whether there are products that stop running in the middle and carry out sorting. And will stop the operation of the product for dismantling inspection because of what causes the halfway stop. After finding out the reason, the product will be comprehensively inspected. After repeated trimming, the product will pass the final performance check to check whether there is noise and whether the fan blade exceeds the outer frame and other factors that may cause the fan to be fully inspected in the subsequent user experience. Then send it to packing
