We are true factory and have been producing bags for more than 9 years.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
Our factory located in ShiLing Town, GuangZhou. We can pick you up at the BaiYun airport which just takes 30 mins from our factory.
3. Can we use our own logo on your bag?
Yes! We have many kinds of method to add your logo such as printing,emboss,embroider and so on.
4. Can we get some samples before mass production?
Yes! We welcome but will charge the sample cost and shipping cost.PP sample must be confirmed with you before mass production.
5. Will you refund the sample fee?
Yes! We will refund the sample fee to you if you place a normal order from us.
6. Can you do our own design?
Yes! Please provide your details information or sample to us. We are glad to quote you the price.
7. what kind of artwork format you need us to provide?
The best format are AI, CDR, PSD, PDF.
8. How many days for the sample be finished? How about the mass porduction time?
Normally it takes around 5-7 days.The mass production time depends on the QTY,usually within 20-30 days.
9. Will your factory do any inspection on the products?
Quality is our first priority. Our QC team do every part of manufacturing .
10. How do you ship the products?
By sea, air and courier like DHL, Fedex, UPS,TNT,etc.
