4. Deposit T/T in advance

5. Product design Our engineer team would check the product drawing and design the configration

6. Mould design Our engineer will do DFM and send PPT to customer for approval

7. Mould making We start make mould after the customers confirmed the drawing

8. Mould testing We will express trial samples to customers for confirmation
↓
9. Mould repairing We will modify the mould according to customer’s feedback

10. Mould approval Send the trial sample again until the mould was approval

11. Production Conduct the order with strictly quality standard

12. Products inspection Ask customer or agent inspect the cargo before delivery

13. Balance payment Customer pay the balance before delivery

1. How many molds could you make every month?
You could advise us the size,color,material,surface,rear adhesive, etc. requirements. And you'd better send us the drawing
together with panton color or RAL color.
2. What is the delievery time?
Delivery time for samples is about 7-10days.The quantities order would take 2 weeks. For complicated products should take 2-3
weeks.
3. Is the prototype necessary?
Yes.Most of the items are customzied orders,so the prototype will be sent to customer for approval.
4. If I am gonna have extra cost if the prototype comes out wrong ?
We will send you the details drawing for your approval before making the prototype ,if it will come out wrong which its not as
the drawing, we will make new prototype free of charge for you.
