5. Q: How long will the ordered goods be delivered?D-TEC: It depends on the products and quantity of the order.
1) For our regularly produced items, usually the lead time can be 20 days.
2) For OEM products, we need to order packing materials (or make mold to print your logo on products), it needs 30-45 days to produce the goods.
6. Q: what will be the payment terms? D-TEC: -For sample order, we accept 100% TT, paypal, western union etc.
-For official order, we accept TT, LC at sight.
7. Q: Can you provide test report for each batch of goods? D-TEC: Yes, we can. For each batch of goods, QC will do strict test. Test reports (COA) are available after finishing the tests.
8. Q: Do you have after-sales services: D-TEC: Yes, we promise free replacement for any manufacturing defects of our delivered products. We are responsible for our delivered products in the valid time of products.
9. Q: Can you provide documents for registration before importing of goods? D-TEC: Yes, we can provide required documents for registration after finishing the commercial issues.
