Operation:

1. Put the whole big soap onto the machine working platform, under the force of cylinder, the Pushing plate push the whole forward, when through the cutting knives,  the whole soap will be cut into several strips.

2. Then if you want to get small soap block , just cutting the soap strip once again is ok. the gas betweent kinves can be adjusted and customized according to your soap sizes.

1. The soap cutter machine can cut the big piece soap into many same size small soap block.

2. The same size is same thickness, width and length, which is decided by the gap of the cutter blades.

3. The big piece soap will be push forward by the push plate, several equidistant cutter blades cut it into soap same size strip firstly.

4. There also is a big cutter blade after these equidistant cutter blades will cut the strip into same size block.

5. This soap cutting machine adopts the principle air cylinder drive and auto-cutting type, and the cutting notch is verticle and exquisite.
