Working principle
CSJ series rotary knife grinding machine, which consists of feed hopper, rotary and stator knives, bottom sieves and/or dust collector, is designed for fast particle size reduction from 300mm to 2mm mainly for food products. The material to be processed falls into the cutting chamber via a guide chute and is shredded by cutting between rotating and fixed knives until it passes an attached sieve as ground product. The sieve extends over the lower half of the grinding chamber and can be easily changed. Final particle size is determined by the hole size of sieves.
CSJ series rotary knife grinding machine is most often used for cut corn, spices, roots, dried herbs and other soft to middle-hard materials in food and chemical industry into accurately controlled size or before fine grinding.

Technical advantages
