1.1Application:RSD-GHX-series plastic agglomerator is special designed and developed based on overseas advanced technology. To meet requirement of processing thermoplastic film, high-low-pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, thermoplastic polypropylene plastics and other waste products, which resolving problem of waste material recycling to achieve the aim of reducing cost and improving economic benefit.
1.2 Material characteristicsThe material to be treated:PP/HDPE/LDPE FILM agglomeration, Finished product: PP/ HDPE/LDPE floccules
1.3 Basic Infrastructure (Provided by customer)
a. Space: About 2500mm (length) ×1250mm (width)×1800mm(height)
b. Electricity network: 380V/50Hz, 3 phase (Adjustable according to your local voltage standard)
c. Wire/cables: wires/cables from customer’s general control cabinet to the main control cabinet for agglomerator; all electrical cable from the main control cabinet to agglomerator.
d. Cooling water supply: water hoses to agglomeratore.
e. Means for lifting the machines when unloading and positioning
f. Everything else not clearly mentioned aboveg. Manpower requirement: Qty. of labors: 1 person.

According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
5) How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines,shipping together.During the warranty time,we will supply the spare parts with our cost including the delivery fees.
