CUSTOMIZED ORDER WE DO 2 WAYS FOR CUSTOMER CHOICE:
1. Customer need confirm the samples before Bulk:
we do way no. 1: customer send artwork to us to discuss details and confirmed. then customer pay us samples charge and mould charge , them we make smples and post to customer to confirm. then costomer pay us 30% depsoit for production. If total order amount is more than 20000 dollar , the samples fee will return in the order. the mould charge will not . we wil return the mould charge if the order quantity meet our quantity.
we do way No.2: after confirm the artwork, customer arrange 30% deposit to us . we will send one set bulk samples for customer confirm. then we start mass production. no need samples fee.
2. Customer no need confirm samples.
some customer no need confirm samples, we send our regular sample to customer, we disuss every details before bulk. we make bluk by artwork. to make every thing match. then post bulk samples to customer.

1. Sample is free for the design we have, in stock 3 days, don't have stock will be 3-10 days.
2. For the design we don't have, it will take about 15 days and will need you pay sample fee and mould charge,sample fee will be returned when placing the order.

Yes, each step of production and finished products wll be carried out by QC inspection before shipping.
