1. About the certificates for our product

2.How TENS Works

  TENS works by passing harmless electrical signals into the body from its pads. This relieves pain in two ways:
Firstly, "high frequency" continuous, mild, electrical activity may block the pain signal travelling to the brain. Brain cells perceive pain.
Secondly, TENS stimulates the body release its own natural pain-control mechanism. "Low frequency" or short bursts of mild, electrical activity may cause the body to release its own pain easers, called beta endorphins.

3.Contraindications

  (1) Never use this product in concurrence with the following devices: pacemakers or any other embedded electronic medical devices, heart-lung machine and any other lifekeeping electronic medical devices, electrocardiograph and any other medicalscreening and monitoring devices. Simultaneous use of DOMAS TENS and any of the above devices will cause malfunction and can be very dangerous to the users.

  (2) Do not use this device on patients whose pain syndromes are undiagnosed.

4. Is it safe to use DOMAS stimulator?

  (1) Electronic stimulation is quite safe in general, but the above contraindications should be followed during using or consulting the professional doctors
  (2) Don`t dismantle the unit and needs to be installed and put into service according to the EMC information provided, and this unit can be affected by portable and mobile RF communications equipment.

5. About electrode pads

  (1) Where put the pads?
       They could be put in each muscle and point. Keep the pads away from heart, positions above head and neck, throat and mouth. The best way to relieve pain is to put the pads in the relative pain points.

  (2) How long the pads last?
       Pads can be used for 30-40 times at home, it depends on different situations. In hospital, they can only be used for not more than 10 times.
  (3)What should we do if there is discomfort when putting the pads in the shoulder?
       It all depends on the personal body. Therefore, the user should begin to use it from the lowest strength and speed to increase step by step to reach a better status.
  (4) What should we do if there is no function during using?
       A. Someone may feel stressed for the first using. If this feeling lasts exceeding one minute, please move the pads a little. Sometimes, indirect stimulation will affect sensitive position of the body.
      B. Check the battery if there is any need to change the battery or charge the battery.
      C. Check the pads carefully. If the pads become soiled or dirty, the adhesive power may decrease. In this case, moisten the surface of the pads with water and wipe away the dirty portion (do not wash them with water directly, oil and soap). This will allow a temporary restoration of the adhesive power. However, too much water will result in loss of the adhesive power.

6. About the freight
