Production Description

Wood pellet machine can produce 6-12mm final pellet pellets.
Wood pellet machines mainly apply to coarse fiber granulation, such as: sawdust, rice husk, cotton rod, cotton hull seeds, weed and all kinds of straw crops, waste and plant waste material low adhesion level, dense forming.

Main Structure of Taichang Brand Hammer Mill 

1)     Base: Connect and support all the components of the hammer mill to form a whole. The crushed material will be sucked out by air pressure from the side of the base.

2)     Rotor: Is consisted of  the main shaft, hammer shelves, pin, hammer, bearings and other parts, is the mill's main moving parts. Rotor speed is high. The balancing test will be made under the condition of not installing the pin and the hammers.

3)     Fan Blower: Independent. The air pipe is connected with the main engine.

4)     Upper Rind: The upper part has the inlet and strip liner. Its below part connects with the base . Composition of the grinding chamber by the rotor. Materials are grinded in the crushing chamber.

The wood chipps of sawdust produced by wood chipper has too much moisture which can effect the quality of pellets, so before pelletzing, a wood drying machine is needed to make the moisture reaches about 15%-18%

Pellet machine
The pellet fuel is a new type of bioenergy. It can replace wood, raw coal, fuel oil, liquefied gas etc and is widely used 
in heating stoves, hot water boilers industrial boilers ,biomass power plants, wood processing plant, chemical plants.

Pellet cooler
Our pellet cooler has high and low level indicator controlling high position of pellet materials in the cooling box,it is control components to stop the motor discharging.When the batch layer reached height of high level indicator,the motor start to discharging through circuit.

Pellet making mahcine
The series of machines are designed for for materials of irregular granules,non free flowing powders or granule mixture into open mouth bags. Wood pellet is feed into the surge bin from customer's hopper, then it drops into the belt though the gate of surge bin and then is conveyed to weighing hopper.
