Q1. Can I have a sample order for led fishing light or other products that you are selling?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Sample cost will be very low.

Q2. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product or packing outside?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. But kindly remind, customized product has a MOQ need.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks. If customized products, need discuss with our sale team.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive the transfer site. Then take some days(3-7days) to arrive your place. Airline and sea shipping also optional. If you have the special transfer line, please let us know.

Q5: how long you offer guarantee for the products?
A: We offer 1-year warranty to our products.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. Before that, a picture or video about the quality issue is need, which can help us to find the root cause and improve. Remember that, we will be responsible to the end.

Q7: How about the payment?

A: T/T, Western Union, PayPal all can be accepted. For small order ,100% Prepaid, for bulk orders, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Any need we can discuss.
