Features
1.Professionally used for welding colored PVC profiles, after welding, the soldering can be cleaned up at one time.
2.Strictly control the size of the welding gap , make surface smooth and beautiful.
3. Co-extrusion tool with alloy materials, precision machining by induction hardening, to achieve standardization of the tool, the tool supports the exchange.
4. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controls the welding action / program, high reliability
5. Process parameters continuously adjustable, can be good to meet different of profiles welding process
6. Whole body with highly rigid welded frame, load-bearing, non-deformation.
7. High precision linear guide , imported famous brands for electrical components.
8. The movement of the machine head is pneumatic lock, easy to operate, stable and high in work efficiency.
9. The lower positioning plate is a square track sliding, with high positioning accuracy and stable long-term use.
10. The Last head can weld 30~180 degrees angles for arch window door.
