      Yes, OEM orders are acceptable, we can customize the machines according to your needs.

Q: What is the usual delivery terms?

      FOB, CFR, CIF will be fine. 

Q: Is the drone difficult to operate?      

      It is easy to operate, and we offer the user manual.  

Q: What is your delivery port?

      From the port of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

Q: What is your delivery time?      

      For large quantity, we should check with our factory, then we will respond to you the exact delivery; For small quantity, it can be delivered about 10 working days.  

Q: What are the terms of payment?      

      We accept Western Union, T / T,  L / C.  

Q: Do the machines have warranty period?      

      We offer the warranty for 3 years as below:        

      1) For the first year:      

      Clients only pay for the freight of the defective products sent to us, we pay for the accessories and the returned freight for our clients.      

      2) For the second and the third year.      

      Clients pay for the cost of accessories and the two-way freights.
