Product Description
Sand washer/sand washing machine (sand washing and sieving machine) is the commonly used equipment in artificial sand making production line. It is widely used to process silica sand, river sand, yellow sand, sea sand, etc. It is used to remove the dirt and impurities in sand for sand washing, classifying and grading to meet the standard.
In addition to Wheel bucket sand washer, we also have screw type river sand washer.
When sand washer works, the power plant drives the impeller to slowly rotate after slowing down through the V-shaped belt, reducer, and gear, and sand and stone materials go into the washing chute from the material cabin, and roll driven by the impeller and grind with each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone materials, and at the same time break the moisture layer coated on the sand particles for the purpose of dehydration. In the meantime, add water in it to form a strong water flow to timely wash away the impurities and foreign matters with small proportion and discharge them from the overflow port to complete the washing process.

Working site
Wheel type sand washer a professional cleaning devices for less than 8mm sand grain. Simple structure, impeller drive bearing unit with water and by water isolation material, to avoid bearing due to flooding, sand and pollutants cause to the damage phenomenon. In the job, fine sand and stone powder wastage is minimal. In addition, the screen has almost no wearing parts, long life, long-term without maintenance.
