Motorized Brush Belt Cleaner SXBMD-EPM
The brush type electric belt cleaner is composed of driving pulley, cleaning pulley, belt wheel, bearing seat, adjusting bracket and triangle belt. It can effectively cleaned the adhesives on the surface of the pulley and the bottom of the conveyor belt. The cylindrical nylon brush is driven by an electric motor, the brush tip is slightly in contact with the belt surface, the rotation direction of the nylon brush is opposite to the running direction of the return conveyor belt, thereby clean off the particulate materials adhered to the belt surface to achieve a thoroughly cleaning.
