Main Features
1.Controlled by CNC system.The materials are driven by the servo motor and input from one side of machine.after die cutting,output from the other side,which can guarantee accurate feeding and stable operation,set the position for each cutting,set the cutting speed and deep,and the feeding length can be adjusted conveniently through touch screen.
2.The outlet of the machine cutting area is equipped with safety light curtain,which ensures the personal safety of the operator.
3.Die cutter is fasten by pneumatic clamp device so as to make the replacement of the die cutter convenient and prompt.
4.Adopted four columns guiding,double crank balance and hydraulic drive to guarantee the cutting die speed and precision of the machine, all the sliding connection parts adopt the central oil supply automatic lubricating device, wear to a minimum.
5.The input and output of material is conveyed on the conveying belt, and the die cutting operation of materials is also done automatically on the conveying belt.
