Direction for use
This kind of foil winding machine can wind coil automatically. Placing the foil on the decoilers, making the foil go through the feeder, cleaning unit and so on. Putting the foil between the jag plate, then welding the foil with bar together. then putting the welded foil to the mold and fixed it on the shaft. Inputting the relevant parameters, pressing the foot pedal, then the machine will wind automatically.
Description of application effect
The foil winding machine can be used to wind different shapes of foil coil. The rectifying unit guarantees the foil edge alignment. High tension guarantees every layers of foil to be wound tightly. Two layers of foil are wound together, which increase the product efficiency substantially. Touch screen and the user-friendly interface makes the operating the machine very easy.
