Usage and maintenance of Floating fish feed pellet machine:

Turn on Floating fish feed pellet machine:

1 Turn on the main motor and check if the machine is running and the steering is normal;

2 Turn on the cutter motor and adjust the distance between the cutter and the mold (there is a continuous slight friction sound);

3 Pour a small amount of water into the feed port to lubricate, and put a small amount of the evenly mixed material into the feed port;

4 The discharge port of the standby device squeezes out the material to increase the discharge speed;

5 Turn on the feeder, and the temperature of the randomizer will gradually increase the discharge speed;

6 Check whether the material puffed out by the machine is evenly cut, if the unevenness is cut, the distance between the cutter and the mold is slightly adjusted;

1 Stop the feeding and close the automatic feeder;

2 After the materials in the puffing gun are all extruded, the cutter power is turned off, and the cutter table is shaken out of the cutting range;

3 turn off the main power of the machine;

4 Take off the cutter guard, pull out the worktable shaft and swing it to one side;

5 quickly remove the machine head, when the disassembly, no one is allowed in front of the machine head to avoid being burnt by steam;

6 Turn on the machine for about one minute, and squeeze all the materials in the extruder to close the main power of the machine.

Cleaning Floating fish feed pellet machine:

1 Pull out the screw to clean the residual material in the screw, the machine head and the mold;

2 Reinstall for future use.
