Main Features
1. A variety of feeding devices can be selected, the feeding is continuous and stable, and there is no bridging phenomenon.
2. There is a special cooling device at the bottom of the dryer to avoid deterioration of the material in the high temperature zone at the bottom.
3. The bearing uses a special airtight device and cooling device, which can effectively extend the service life of the transmission components.
4. There is a dedicated air distribution device, which can reduce the resistance of the equipment, so that the wind speed of the drying tower tends to balance.
5. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirling sheet. The fineness and final moisture of the product can be adjusted and controlled.
6. The airflow speed in the drying tower is fast, and the material residence time is short, which effectively prevents the material from sticking to the wall and the heat sensitive material from deteriorating.
Principles
The hot air enters the stirring and pulverizing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a certain speed from the air inlet, and the material is strongly sheared, blown and rotated, so that the material is atomized by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, and is strengthened. Mass transfer heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger wet pellets are mechanically broken by the agitator, the moisture content is lower, and the particles with smaller particle size are entrained by the swirling gas stream, and further dried during the ascending process due to the gas-solid phase. For the rotary flow, the solid phase inertia is greater than the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is large, and the heat transfer effect between the two phases is enhanced, so the machine has high drying strength.
