The valve body is composed of valve body, disc, valve shaft, sliding bearing, sealing components and other main parts. The sealing surface of the main valve is a three-eccentric metal seal structure, the sealing ring is a composite layer of stainless steel/flexible graphite, and the valve seat is a hard alloy. The three-eccentric valve plate metal sealing ring and the sealing surface of the conical valve body realize instantaneous disengagement and instant contact when opening and closing. There is no macroscopic friction between the seals, little wear and small opening and closing torque. The additional increase of a eccentricity is to enhance the valve's self-closing, self-sealing performance, that is, when the valve is closed, increased hydraulic eccentricity torque to help close; When in place, torque causes the valve to compress tighter.
