HSG 420s type machine special make for logistic label.
unit type flexographic printing machine (DRUM type) adopts the latest servo control system YASKAWA from JAPAN. Each printing unit is driven by double servo motor . Machine adopts 14 servo motors for 8 colors printing with 2- Die cutting stations， which ensure the accurate registration during high speed running.
Printing cylinder adopts pillow installation,material is aluminum alloy,high-precision helical gear transmission, simple and easy operation.
the adjustment of pressure to printing and ink transfer : printing roller adopt rolling pillow, only need to fine- tune the corresponding support frame on both side. when change new printing cylinder no need big adjustment . some special printing requirement only need a little fine tuning more that the printing efficiency will be improved greatly.
Anvil roller equipped with water chiller , ensuring unaffected by UV curing temperature when the machine printing film material .
Unwinding unit equipped with corona , dust, Anti-static system,ensure the stability before printing.
printing process equipped with high precision Germany BST web guiding system and video inspecting system , to provide protection when the label printing
Machine option LED -UV energy conservation and environmental protection.
