Description
TEMPERED GLASS
Tempered glass is a type of glass after heating and quickly cooling down to form compression pressure at glass surface which can enhance the glass mechanical strength and thermal stability tempered glass strength is 4-5 times that float glass and can endure changing of above 200 degrees. When breaking, the fragments with obtuse angel don't hurt people.
Tempering mehtod: Wind cooling tempered Glass.

The raw float glass from XINYI or TG glass, to guarantee the Paneness and clearness,and lower NiS content to reduce the lower explode.

The glass was tempered by our Glaston tempering line ( Imported from Finland),the glass to get the uniform heating on surface to guarantee better obtus angle fragments,and lower explode, without stress spot defects.

The glass was tempered by killed workers with around 6 years experience for tempering flat glass, the quality is table.
