1.Brief Introduction

The powder curing oven is a part of powder coating system.
Objective: The workpiece surface of powder coating heating to the specified temperature and heat preservation corresponding time, melting, flow flat, curing.

 

2.Process steps&Working principle

1. heating curing oven,Start the fan button, the fan start to work, then the burner start to work followed so that the curing oven being heated.
2.set the temperature 180 degrees(0-250 degrees),While the temperature up to be the set temperature, the burner stop working. After the heat preservation time being 20 minutes(0-60minutes), the bell alarm. The next, close all control units so that the heating system and fan stop working.
3.open the curing oven door, taking out workpieces.

According to the customer's requirement,We can made all kinds size of  curing oven.
Heating System: oil/gas/electricity

 

3.Specification of Powder coating Oven

1) Manufactured in modular design by means of sandwish type interlocking pannels with a thickness of 120mm

2)  Maximum efficiency in fuel by means of its new combustion chamber

3)  Furnace insulation is provided by glass wool and rock wool

4)  'RIELLO' branded CE certified burner 

5)  heating chamber is three-pass exchanger system consisting of a body which is made of sheet-iron confirming to AISI 304 standard and seamless pipe of which the transition pipes are D 76mm

6) Heating control is provided by means of a specially designed alarm digital thermostat

7)  Airflow is provided homogeneously by means of insulated direct coupled engine radial fan and adjustable valves
