Low Cyanide& High Temperature Resistant

Lead free and nickel free Nickel 730 process can produce a shinny and silvery white layer, which possesses features of excellent ability in wear-resisting, anti-corrosion, and high temperature endurable to 250℃ without discoloration for 30 mins, and also, high hardness (600HV0.05), low fragility, good covering, quick deposit on surface, and wide operation range, and so on. Low density of composition and LOW CYANIDE containing in the bath makes the environmental effluent treatment becomes easy and low cost. Since the additives and produced surface not contain any lead or other heavy metals, it is satisfied with the restriction on harmful metal from EU countries, America and Japan. It is suitable to be used for final color, or basic layer for sliver, gold, palladium and rhodium.
