Working principle of wood peeling machine:
Put logs, twigs, and other wood into the drum, close the feed baffle, start the machine, and run clockwise. The wood in the drum follows the operation of the machine, so that the peeling knife can peel the skin from the wood. After fifteen minutes, turn off the machine, open the discharge baffle, then start the machine and run it counterclockwise for two minutes. The peeled wood can be automatically sent out from the drum. The stripping rate can reach more than 98%.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for peeling freshly cut coniferous wood and some broad-leaved wood. It can also finish peeling of some frozen and dried wood.
Introduction manual of wood peeling machine:
1. To give full play to the performance of this machine, the operator should not be less than 2 people;
2. There should be no iron, stone and other sundries in the material with concrete;
3. When working, properly adjust the amount of material to be fed in. Too much will cause overload and stall, and too little will affect cutting efficiency;
4. If there is a blockage during work, it is not allowed to forcibly feed by hand or iron rod, etc., it should be stopped immediately to clear;
5. If abnormality is found or abnormal sounds are heard during work, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately. The power must be cut off before inspection to eliminate the fault;
6. Add butter to each moving part once a day, and use lithium grease for 300 hours for the main bearing.
7. When stopping work, let the machine idle for two minutes, blow off the dust and weeds in the machine, and then turn it off.
