Q1. Can I get free caster wheel samples from Stardrawing ?

A: We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee for such good products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen, international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).

Q2. What is your payment terms of caster ?
A: It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for this regular payment manner.

Q3. What about your lead time ?
A: Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
A: Sure.
Option 1 - Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 - Add your logo on fork or wheel
Option 3 - Pack the casters in your branded carton
