Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Foshan, IMITO CASA is a new and young home furniture brand in China, with many Italy design concepts and ideas.
In the past 4 years, IMITO CASA use a very short time to establish its own studio and factory as well as channel of distribution.
Founders are 3 young people after 80s, one is designer with 15 years furniture design experience，one is furniture sales manager with 10 years trading experience and the other one is ex-soldier. So, our team is full of passion, dynamic, open minded, efficient and responsible.
Furniture is put at home or a certain room which will build connection with people, if house gives you a home then furniture gives your home's soul. Being the soul's creator, our team is a warm family, we fight, we strive, we will make progress and grow up together in the days to come to bring more happiness to our customers.

A2. Our factory occupies a total area of 8000 square meters with over 30 workers.

A3.Uph products, which includes living room furniture, bedroom furniture, diningroom furniture, etc.

A4.Yes. You can choose from our available fabric or leather sampels.
Q5:Can I change the size of product?
A5.We have standard size for all products.But we can also make the different sizes according to your requirements. (Warm Tips: it
needs to pay extra cost for changing size because once size changes, everything should change accordingly which increases workers'
working hours. Hope you can understand. )
Q6: How can I get quotation and make order?
A6.Just simply inform our staff item numbers(or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for
you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.

A7.Yes and we've worked with many designers from all over the world.
Q8: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8.Our standard products: 30-40 days after receiving you 50% deposit;
Bespoke order: 45-55 days,
Q9: What's your payment term?
A9.50%deposit in advance + 50% balance before shipping.
Q10: What kind of payment terms are accepted ?
A10. A: T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)
B: Western Union
C: Trade Assurance (For only standard products)
Q11: What is your way of packaging?
A11.We use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard carttons with clear labeling. We will give some packing
suggestions to our customers according to different situations.
Q12: Can you give warranty of your products?
A12.Yes,our warranty period is 1 year but our furniture maintenance period is lifelong. It means, if there's any quality problems
caused by non-artificial reason, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products in the first year you receive
the furniture. From the second year, we can still offer the replacements for free but it needs customers to pay express fee.
Customers will be requsted to offer detailed images when making claims - send emails with detailed pictures to us and clarify what
happens.
