Process of the powder coating line

 

 

Pretreatment of the workpiece

 

It used for removing the oil and dust of the workpiece, what's more, it includes the Phosphating which are benefit for the good effect of the workpiece powder coating.

 

 

 

Elecctrostatic powder coating

 The workpiece after the pretreatment, it can be well powder coated. The system spray the powder onto the workpiece through the electrostatic reaction and recycle the powder dropped back to a machine and the powder can be use again. 

 

    

 

 

 

 Powder curing oven

 The electrostatic powder coated workpiece enter into the oven after the high temperature heating which makes the powder melting, leveling, curing into a solid surface of the workpiece.
