Applications :Qingdao Loobo welding fume extractor are mainly used to extract/collect the fume and dust in the metal fabrication process, like the welding, polishing, grinding, metal cutting, etc.
With active carbon filter layer, some odor gas can be absorbed before released the clean air. Portable type with small size, you can move them freely in your workshop to the working posation, economic and high efficiency.
Available for both one arm and double arms for one or two working stations.
Compared with the original LB-JZ, the upgraded version has greatly improved in color, performance,such as the suction capacity is stronger, the noise is lower ,etc, which can better meet the needs of the environmental protection market, and is favored by many consumers.
Equipment advantages:
1,Siemens brand motor is selected to match with professional turbine fan, equipped with overload prevention circuit to prevent the motor from burning out, with high safety factor and stable performance.
2,The filter cartridge uses imported brand coated filter paper with a service life of 6,000 hours, which can purify dust particles of 0.2 micron. It is also applicable to wet and sticky dust particles.
3,The upgraded aluminum alloy universal suction arm can move and hover at will, instantly collect flue gas dust from the place where the dust occurs, thus improving the dust collection rate and ensuring the health of workers.
4,Three-level protection measures are adopted for Mars and large-particle slag equipment to avoid fire hazards from the source and prolong the service life of welding fume purifier.
5,Purified clean air is uniformly guided and dispersed from the direction of the air outlet to effectively control the noise within the standard range.
6,Equipped with special new Korean universal casters with brakes, the equipment can be moved and positioned more conveniently.

The " D " in models for the welding fume extractors represent Pulsing back-flushing automatic dust-removal system. " S " respresents the welding fume extractor has the double arms for two working stations.

The welding fume extractor/ purifier is easy of installation, and has no technical requirements when the customer install and use it. The flexible extraction arm is made from high quality material of PVC and steel wire, which is anti-corrosion, heat-resistant of up to 140°C. It can swivel 360º and can be brought in any desired direction without additional support. It is equipped with the damper to adjust the wind. It is equipped with the caster wheels and can be freely mobile to meet the requirements of different work places.
The purified gas can meet the standard requirements and can enter into work room or indoor place, which is helpful to keep the room close, maintain the temperature and be convenient for work.
Operating Principle:
Under the help of the fan device, the welding fume is sucked into inlet through multi-direction sucking hood. There is the flame arrester in the inlet, so the spark can be blocked here, and the left fume and dust is sucked into gravity separator. The bigger paticiles firstly descend into dust bag. The smaller particles is arrested in the surface of core filter. The cleaner gas then flow into clean room after being purified by core filter. In clean room, the clean gas is then further purified by active carbon. At last, the gas meets the required standards and enter into air or other required room.
The BasicStage Filtration Process about the welding fume extractor
Stage 1: Air passes trhough the pre-filter fire-proof net. Stage 2: Air passes through a second pre-separator to further reduce medium to heavy particulate matter. Stage 3: Air passes through the LongLife-H filter where welding fume particles are captured and deposited. Stage 4: Activated carbon filter will help prevent or neutralize the release of odors back into the environment.

4) The filter core is imported from the large company in America with long useful life. It can arrest the 0.3μm particles. The filtering effect is good for all kinds of particles including the wet particles.
5) It is equipped with the all-directions sucking arm of 360 degree rotating. It can suck the fume exactly from the source which make best of the fume collection efficiency, and insure the workers’ health in the largest extent.
6) It is equipped with three layer filter system to avoid the damage effect of flame and large slag particles, which extend the useful life, more safe and more reliable.
7) The clean air is exhausted uniformly and diffusely through the gridiron outlet, so it can minimize the noise.
8) It is attached with all-direction caster wheels, which makes the facility movable freely and easy to position.
9) Photoelectric controlled on/off, energy saving and high efficiency. The hood has the lighting device which is upon customer’s choice.
10) The parts working condition are all stable and has long useful life, meantime easy to be replaced.
