1. How about your packaging?
Advanced paper carton with protection EPE foam and professional waterproof shrink film between components, LCL shipment will require plywood box packaging
2. What is the regular lead-time?
Normally, 5-10 days  for small order, 15-30 days for middle order, 30-60 days for bulk order.
3. Are there any UV coating on the surface of pc sheet?
Yes, one side surface of our pc sheet has uv coating,so it will protect the car/door/window color from UV rays damage,yellowing,aging under the sun exposure.
4. Can the carport/window awning/gazebo canopy withstanding harsh weather?
Our carports are designed to withstand high snow loads(20cm-35cm) and high wind speed (grade 10-12).
5. What is the MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1 pc in standard size. If any special requirements, pls contact us, we will give you more options.
6. Do you support customized type and sizes or DIY?
Yes, we have our own R&D team and factory, customized service is welcomed by us.
7. How can I do the installation when I received the goods?
Do not worry, it is not difficult to install and we have detailed installation instruction/videos to help you install, if you need the installation tools, please also let us know, we will help you equip the tools.
8. If I share you the installation place pictures, can you give me a design solution?
Sure, you are warmly welcomed to do this, we can send you the design solution(renderings or sketches) without any charges.
9. What is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is 10 years, normally, goods can be used for 15-20 years. We had established long term cooperation with the listed aluminum profile manufacturer and Covestro(Germany Bayer company), and we also equip the branded rubber strip and national standard 304 stainless steel screws&bolts for our products, quality can be ensured.
