MACHINE TECHNICAL SPECTIFICATIONS

Machine is made of stainless steel, all wetted part which directly contacted with liquid adopt high quality erosion proof stainless steel, It is designed and manufactured according to standards of our Company, the maximum working temperature is 98℃, details as below:

Main Tank:

Horizontal main tank with balanced weight lid opening and manual control of locking device.

\tLarge size of operating door with observable glass.

\tPedestal is welded and made of by carbon steel.

\t0-100C range temperature indicator.

Circulation System:

\tEquipped with heat exchanger and latest special pump for spraying machine, main motor unit with stainless steel cover for motor and bottom frame.

\tWater flow regulator with manual type regulating device.

\tThe latest internal heat exchanging coiling pipes (design pressure as 10 Bar) in the bottom of main machine, and equipped with automatic heating system, steam trap.

\tHeating Rate Average 3.5℃/min.˄calculate at 7 bar steam pressure˅.


Dyestuff Tank:

\tRound shape design to save the space, with water feeding valve, washing system, backflow system, feeding and mixing system .

\tMixing motor with stainless steel cover and pedestal unit.

Spray Arm Unit:

\tOne set of standard spray arms with security holder, design as minimum liquid ratio.

\tWhole set of driven system controlled by reduction motor, and equip with sealing device.

Main Power Control Box:

\tTemperature indicator of main tank.

\tIsolating switch,transformer,fuse protector and motor starter.

\tDyeing controller and panel

\tPneumatic control panel which separated from the electrical control, equipped with pressure meter,air regulator and trap, pressure regulating valves and all solenoid valves which fulfill the functions.
