Product Description
Scale Eyepiece is a round glass with printed scale, it must be put into the eyepiece so it works. Eyepiece with scale is used to measure the size of specimen under the microscopes.
This kind of eyepiece has two straight lines intersecting vertically. The total length is 10mm, divided into 100 cells. When measureing, the straight lines are overlapped with the images so that the dimensions of specimen can be measured.
The length of each cell changed because the magnifications of various group of the eyepiece and the objective are different. Therefore, it is necessary to calibrate with the microscope micrometer on the stage when measuring the specimen’s sized with the scale eyepiece.
