ABL-16 bulb automatic assembly line adopts chain conveyor loading and rotary assembly line with 16 stations. Two operators can finish all bulb automatic assembly process

Working procedures:

PCB board/driver install(manually)---PCB board punching---end cap loading---light testing---cap locking wire cutting and bending--- riveting---gluing ---bulb cover installation---finished bulb unloading

Machine features:

¬ High automation degree: MITSUBISHI PLC control, only two operators required

¬ High compatibility: for different size A-series Bulb, just need to change fixture and do some modification

¬ Convenient Control: touch screen control, easy to learn and operate
