TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
DIP & PAY FOB ROTTERDAM
1.Buyer Issues ICPO & CP, according to seller working procedures.
2.Seller issues draft contract along with commercial invoice Buyer Signs and returns to Seller for final endorsement.
3. Seller issue: Partial Pop Document:

II. COMMITMENT TO SUPPLY III. PRODUCT PASSPORT
IV. AUTHOURITY TO SELL (ATS)
V. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

4. Buyer provides for seller, buyer's Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for seller approval, upon the approval of buyer TSA, buyer provide to the seller their Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
5.Seller issues the following FULL POP to buyer upon successful verification of the TSR by the seller.
-DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION (DTA)
-Notice of Readiness (NOR)
-Delivery Schedule
-Pre-Injection Report
6. Upon Confirmation of act of transfer in buyers' name, seller issues to the buyer, Title ofmownership certificate to be followed by all export documentation, Buyer Conduct DIP TEST.
7. Upon receipt of the DTA Buyer conducts dip test, after successful dip test, buyer Lift the product and pay at sight via MT103.
8. Lifting commence and buyers release payment instruments as agreed by both parties.
All banking charges from the Buyer's bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking charges incurred by the Seller at Seller's bank shall borne by the Seller.
