1.What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color.
Low MOQ 500pcs as trial order is welcomed. Please kindly advise the quantity and other requirements, we will caculate cost accordingly. With our high quality and good service, you will have successful business.

For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 days, depending designs.
4. How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100Kpcs.
For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can offer within 15 days.
5.What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
6.How many colors are available?
A:We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. which kinds of certificate would you have?
A: LFGB
8. What is your payment term?
A:Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.

A: Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.
