(1)Pulping system of egg carton machine:

Pulping system is mainly comprised of hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinert,ect.

The raw material is all kinds waste paper. And it is the first step in making process!

(2)Forming system of egg tray mould :

This part mainly is the egg tray forming machine.We could produce the forming mould and transfering mould based on our customers request.The material of the mould could be Alumminum,Resin,Plastic.

(3)Drying line of egg tray mould :

This is the very important in the all of line. When the egg tray be made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line,they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray!

Our production line has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system .
1. What is Semi Automatic type ?
If only order The 1st and 2nd compulsory parts , that's Semi Automatic because you'll have to do the work of drying up egg tray manually;
2. What is Fully Automat type ?
Meaning: the production line includes the Drying system and the whole procedure can be done Automatically .
Of course, the price and the required work space would have big difference from the semi-automatic type.
