What is the difference between: 2202 and 2232 ? 2202 type is half-controlled,it needs your machine to control the oil offering time and resting time. 2232 type is self-controlled,there is the controller inside,it can control the oil offering time (0-200 seconds) and resting time(0-999 mins). 2. How long can be the hose? You can buy our plastic hose,it is from 1 meter to 100 meters,200 meters or 300 meters. 3. How many lubrication points can be used for each pump? You can buy our lubricating points from 2 points to 14 points. 4. What is the main application for lubricating pump? Normally our pumps are suitable for plastic machinery,engineering machinery,and machinery for textile,printing,woodworking,chemical,etc. ,ensuring lubrication performance of various kinds of machinery products, for longer service life and accuracy. | ||

Operating Instruction:
1.Working time: press and hold the SET button, release it when the numbers jump, then press ▲ ▼ to set unit digit; and press the button of SET again, to set ten digit with pressing ▲ ▼; press SET to hundreds digit(1~999 seconds).
2.Interval time: press and hold the SET button, release it when the numbers in other Display screen jump, then press ▲ ▼ to set unit digit; and press the button of SET for two seconds, the interval time can shift between minutes and second(1~999 minutes or 1~999 seconds).
3.RST: Press and hold this key to relubricate or clear the abnormal alarm.
4.After the circuit power is turned on, the system belongs to the oil supply state, and enters the LUB, INT cycle. When the fuel is supply , the left LUB green light is on, the right INT red light is on when the system is on rest.
5.When the ERO flashes, it means that the amount of oil is insufficient, and when the ERP flashes, it means that the pressure is abnormal.
6.There is no power-off memory function in the digital display box, and a small switch is turned on to enter the power-off memory. Turn off the small switch, and the
power off memory stops.
7.There is a key lock function in the digital display box. You can lock the set button after setting the time according to your needs.
