Application:

Our vertical packing machines are well applied in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and light industries, including granule packing machine, powder packing machine, liquid packing machine and piece / tablet packing machine to pack such stuff as granule, powder, liquid, paste, tablets or pills into small bags.

Features:

* Bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting are all finished automatically.

* Either under set length control or photo-electronic color tracing, we set bag length and cut in one step. Time and film saving.

* The temperature is under independent PID control, more suitable for different packing materials.

* The driving system is simple and reliable, and maintenance is easy.

Notes:

l  This series pack granuler product apply such as: seasoning, monosodium glutamate, sugar, tea, coffee, pepper, desiccating agents and seeds, etc.

l  Optional device: Ribbon printer, gas flushing device, air expeller device, hole punch device, rotate cutter, batch cutter, tear notch device, knocking device on bag former.

l  Applicable material should be composite films like: PET / PE, Paper / PE, PET /AL/PE, OPP / PE.

A: We can offer FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, EXW and other price terms based on your request.

Q2: What payment terms you take?

A: We prefer T/T, but other terms also workable for us.

Q3: Will you help with installation and stuff training?

A: Yes, we can send our engineers to your place to guide the installation and train your workers if needed, but the buyer should bear our technician's round tickets, accomodation, food and subsidiary USD50/day.
