STWQ4-12A 4-12mm CNC automatic steel wire bender / iron rebar stirrup bending machine for thailand/Russia/Jordan/Israel
The automatic bending machine can straighten and bend the cold-rolled ribbed steel with a diameter of 4-10 mm, hot-rolled three-grade steel, round steel bars and colored round materials. The automatic bending machine is simple in operation, high automation and convenient in adjustment.
1. Straightening part: The straightening part consists of 24 straightening rolls. The straightening roller is driven by the motor cam belt drive system and the reducer. The straightening roll is composed of upper and lower 12 rolls and horizontal 12 rolls. The amount of roll reduction reaches the straightening of the steel bar.
2. Hydraulic shearing part: The hydraulic shearing part is driven by a 4kw motor to drive the hydraulic pump, solenoid valve and relief valve to control the cutting cylinder. The cutting device is installed at the front end of the bending part, and the signal is given by the stroke switch of the bending part during operation, which is the synchronous operation of cutting and bending.
3, Electrical control device: electrical control device are mainly composed of straightening motor, bending hoop motor, hydraulic system motor, solenoid valve, console, length control travel switch and circuit.
