Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are manufacturer, from cleaning wipe used fabric till to finished cleaning wipe or rolls, it's produced by our own factory. .


Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time is 35~40 days.


Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but customer should take the express cost.


Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: We can accept T/T or L/C. Based on T/T, the deposit is normal 30%, in some special situaiton, 20% also can be negotiated.
