Q1. Customized label is acceptable? What is customized label?
Customized label is acceptable with quite low extra charge.
Very small MOQ for normal standard customized label. For some special label with different colors, we may ask for at least 500pcs;

Q2. What is the best lead time?
For stock items, the min lead time is 2 -3 working days after getting full payment from customers;

For OEM parts, normal lead time is from 2 weeks to 1.5 months, based on different design;

Q3. Shipping method?
We have established long term relationship with many different logistic company, so customer could choose fast express such as DHL, EMS, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMEX or standard small parcel like Epacket, China Registered Small Parcel, Russian air and so on;

Q4. Payment method?

For small amount order, we accept fast payment method, such as paypal or escrow;
For order over $2000, normally we accept bank transfer to our offshore bank or company account;

We use different packing method, such as PP bag, carton box, wooden box, steel rack, pallet, and also other packing method defined by customers;
