1. Introduction of electronic egg sorting machine

This Electronic Egg Grading Machine is mainly composed of a simple vacuum egg lifter, acuumulator, candling booth, head turning, grading, collecting table. Optional equipment, such as, printer can be added on this machine if you need. In additional, this Electronic Egg Grading Machine can be connectted to egg tray packing machine. 

a) Accumulator and vacuum egg lifter

Worker put eggs onto the 6-row accumulator with vacuum egg lifter, then it transports eggs towards the grader, the shape of rollers is specially designed, that make sure eggs align automatically, so as to guarantee all eggs enter egg grading machine in good order.

b) Head turning

Egg head will be turned through this equipment. As a result, bigger head will be upside and smaller head will be downside when packing.

c) Electronic egg grader

After head turning, eggs will enter the weighing part of the electronic egg grader. A digital, dynamic, stable egg scale weighs each egg with readout of 1 gram. The scale is mounted under the egg for maximum stability, observation and ease of cleaning. Calibrating the 1 weighing scale can be done within minutes, separate eggs into 6 sizes. Eggs of different size fall down onto to different lanes of the electronic egg grader. Then, worker pick the eggs into the egg tray manually.
