 TEST

1 Center Frequency Test

Parts shall be measured under a condition (Temp.:25℃±3℃, Humidity: 40%~70% R.H). Tested the electrical performance curve of transducer by HP E5100A network analyzer.

2 Static Capacitance Test

Parts shall be measured under a condition (Temp.:25℃±3℃, Humidity: 40%~70% R.H). Digital Electric Bridge (at 1kHz/1V).

3 Sensitivity Test

Parts shall be measured under a condition (Temp.:25℃±3℃, Humidity: 40%~70% R.H);Output voltage of standard signal source:20Vp-p,7cycles,Rated frequency square wave,pulse interval:ms;Vertical distance of transducer transmitting surface  :70mm,Horizontal opposition;Receiving peak voltage of oscilloscope.

 PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

After test,The sensitivity of receiver and transmitter varies within + 3DB.

High Temperature Exposure :85±2℃,96h

Low Temperature Exposure : -40±2℃,96h

Mechanical Shock.Drop the resonator randomly onto a wooden floor from the height of 100cm 3 times.
