Introduction to main components of rubber half track


Rubber half track is mainly composed of driving wheel, guide wheel, roller, track frame, tensioning device and rubber track. The crawler frame is the basic part of the whole mechanism, which is divided into the upper frame and the lower frame, which are connected by bolts. The guide wheel and the roller are fixed on the lower frame through the slips, which plays the role of supporting the whole structure, and clamps the track to prevent the track from derailing. The driving wheel is installed in the shaft sleeve of the upper frame, which is the main power component of the whole half track device.
