1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a sportswear factory since 2003 with more than 260 workers, 180 machines and printing workshop, we have our own design team and are able to provide customized products for you.

2. Q: Can sample be free?
A:We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized sample, it will charge sample fee. but will refund the sample fee when place bulk order.(more than 1000pcs

3. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T,Paypal, Credit CARDS, bank transfers prefered, other payment terms, pls. contact us.

4. Q: How can you ensure your quality?
A: Our experienced QC team test every just completed product, and we will check products again then send you the photos for your confirmation before delivery.

5.Q:How about shipping time?Sample time?
A:Generally 1-3 days after payment for stock and 10-15 days after payment for customized order,It depends on the products & quantity./:^_^
The sample time is 5-7 days.

6.Q:How about MOQ?
A:For stock Vest,The MOQ is 20pcs per color per style.For custom size/fabric shirt ,The MOQ is 200 per color per style.
